About Airwise Heating & Air
Eleven NATE-certified technicians, two-hour arrival windows that are actually held, and part prices shown before anything is fitted.
The window is the promise
“Anyone in this county can replace a capacitor. What you are paying for is somebody turning up between eight and ten, like they said they would.”
Airwise has worked across Fresno County since 2011 and employs eleven technicians, all NATE-certified. Roughly two thirds of our work is repair and maintenance, the rest is replacement, ducts and indoor air quality.
The thing customers mention is scheduling rather than wrenching. We cap how many calls a technician takes in a day, which means fewer jobs and windows that hold. It costs us capacity in July. It is the only reason anyone books a second time.
Three commitments
Two of them cost us money in the short run, which is rather the point.
We tell you when the system has life left
Plenty of condensers written off by other companies have five good years in them. If yours does we will say so, even though the replacement pays us far better than the repair.
The part price before the part goes in
The technician shows you the failed component and what the replacement costs. Nothing is fitted while you are out of the room.
We size it properly or we walk away
Every replacement gets a Manual J load calculation. If you want us to simply match the old unit's tonnage we will explain why that is usually wrong, and we will not quote a system we know is oversized.
The technicians
All eleven hold current NATE certification and California C-20 credentials. Sample profiles for demonstration.
